Hilton Garden Inn Suffolk Riverfront & Conference Center has a contract with an outside audio visual company, Burwell Bay, to provide any audio visual equipment.

Depending on the event and table set up, 8-10 guests can comfortably sit at a round table.

Yes! Please feel free to be creative with our menus or offer suggestions of what is to be served at the event. We will then price your personalized menu.

Final guest count is due 5 business days prior to the starting day of the event. Food, staff and supplies are arranged based on this count so accuracy is important.

A payment schedule is provided for each event in the contract. Final payment is due 5 business days prior to the starting day of the event.

For consistency purposes, all food and beverage is provided by the hotel. In the case of ethnic ceremonies, exceptions can be made. Additionally, we do not provide wedding cakes but we can suggest a preferred bakery.

Yes! The hotel does have a selection of preferred vendors that have proven outstanding décor, weddings cakes, linens, etc. but you are welcome to use a vendor of your choice.

Wi-Fi is complimentary in meeting space with approved code and/or paid room rental. This is limited to a certain bandwidth so please discuss these needs prior to your booking and arrival. Fees may be charged for additional bandwidth.

Each space is different based on the setup and type of event. Please consult one of our catering experts about any capacity questions.

Events run in 6 hour increments and typically end by midnight. Consult with your catering coordinator about extending your event hours.

Absolutely! Our Chef prepares fantastic vegetarian, vegan, gluten free meals and can develop a menu around specific allergies if needed. Please be sure to convey these dietary restrictions in advance to the catering expert handling your event.

Hosted bar: Per person fee per 1 hour up to 4 hours Cash bar: Guests pay for all drinks Consumption bar: The host pays for all drinks that have been consumed.

The event space is conveniently attached to the Hilton Garden Inn Suffolk Riverfront. Overnight accommodations can be arranged with your sales representative.

We have found that most of our guests like to provide their own centerpieces, however, we do have some centerpieces on hand that we would be happy to provide.
